The Clay Center Animal Shelter
The Clay Center animal shelter is made up of a small building and eight tiny dog runs. All eight runs are usually filled with dogs or puppies, but none of the dogs are put to sleep unless it's absolutly nessessary for the dog's health. The dogs come in all shapes, sizes and personalities; anywhere from young pups to elderly dogs. Some dogs come in as strays, some have been dumped by irresponsible owners and others are waiting to go to court as neglect cases, but wherever they came from they are all looking forward to having a forever home!
